Dubbed “The Black Sundance,” the Hollywood Black Film Festival (HBFF) is an annual 4-day celebration of Black Cinema drawing together established filmmakers, popular film and TV stars, writers, directors, industry executives, emerging artists, and diverse audiences from Southern California and around the world. HBFF’s INFOTAINMENT CONFERENCE features a wealth of informational panels and workshops covering a wide variety of topics which include: film production, distribution and marketing, pitching, writing for television and film, in addition to specific programs designed to inform and educate actors.

Snowfort Pictures is a boutique production company specializing in the development, financing, production and sale of commercial genre films worldwide. It was founded in 2010 by film development and sales exec Travis Stevens.
The company's first production, A HORRIBLE WAY TO DIE, premiered at the 2010 Toronto International Film Festival before being acquired for theatrical distribution by Anchor Bay Films. The film has since been released around the world on a variety of platforms.
Other Snowfort productions include WHAT FUN WE WERE HAVING (2011 Fantasia Film Festival), ALL IN ALL (2011 Tribeca Film Festival / 2011 AFI Film Fest), the 2012 Fright Fest hit THE THOMPSONS (an international co-production with Lionsgate UK), JODOROWSKY'S DUNE (an international co-production with Germany’s Koch Media and France’s Camera One), the 2012 SXSW smash THE AGGRESSION SCALE (Anchor Bay), MEGA SPIDER from director Mike Mendez (in association with Epic Pictures), Ravi Dhar's neo-grindhouse flick AMERICAN MUSCLE and the upcoming CHEAP THRILLS from writer Trent Haaga and director E.L. Katz.
Prior to launching Snowfort Pictures Travis worked as both the head international sales for Celluloid Nightmares and the Head of Acquisitions & Marketing for Imagination Worldwide.
