Dubbed “The Black Sundance,” the Hollywood Black Film Festival (HBFF) is an annual 4-day celebration of Black Cinema drawing together established filmmakers, popular film and TV stars, writers, directors, industry executives, emerging artists, and diverse audiences from Southern California and around the world. HBFF’s INFOTAINMENT CONFERENCE features a wealth of informational panels and workshops covering a wide variety of topics which include: film production, distribution and marketing, pitching, writing for television and film, in addition to specific programs designed to inform and educate actors.

Sales Coordinator
Diane Panosian joined Baseline as a sales coordinator for Studio System and has expanded her role to include the Intelligence Division.  As part of the Intelligence staff, Diane leverages her diverse entertainment experience and Baseline’s vast film data in consulting with filmmakers on the best research strategies for their business plans. Diane began her entertainment career in the NBC Page program where she interned at The Tonight Show with Jay Leno. She went on to assist the supervising producer on two Academy Awards where she assisted in budgeting for the Academy Awards and developing pitch proposals for live and scripted television programs. Prior to Baseline, Diane was an associate producer at industry leading New Wave Entertainment and produced bonus content for the Harry Potter franchise Blu-ray collection and successfully pitched home entertainment concepts to major studios. Diane is a graduate of the University of Southern California where she produced documentaries at the award-winning Trojan Vision Television.
